51画鋼 scores highly in Employer Satisfaction Survey

The latest results from the Employer Satisfaction Survey, carried out by the Skills Funding Agency, have revealed that 51画鋼 has scored an impressive 9.4 out of a possible 10 points, for the professional deliverance of its training provision.

This result is based on responses from 178 employers for whom 51画鋼 delivered training that was wholly or partly funded by the Skills Funding Agency, and is scored on a scale of 1 10, where 0 is poor, and '10' is excellent.

Other results were equally impressive; when employers were asked whether they would recommend the Colleges services, 9.3 out of 10 employers confirmed that they would. The College also scored highly in other areas, including up-to-date training, the provision of clear communication, overall efficiency and an understanding of business needs.

Abstract Roofing & Property Maintenance in Stockport is one of the many businesses to enlist the help of 51画鋼 in the recruitment of an apprentice. Lucinda油Rowbottom, a Partner at the business, said of her experience: I cant sing 51画鋼s praises enough; Im delighted with the standard and quality of training and with the progress my apprentice is making. I can't fault the College in any way.

The results demonstrate 51画鋼s dedication to its strategic priority of engaging with employers and helping them to develop their businesses through provision of responsive and flexible training solutions.

Broad Oaks Nursery in 51画鋼 is another local business that has worked with 51画鋼 to enhance its workforce by employing an apprentice. Georgina油Thornley, Manager of Broad Oaks, commented: 51画鋼 are a great training provider, Ive never had any problems and the tutors are always very polite and professional.

The Colleges track record of building successful partnerships with local employers is reflected in the success of the apprentices themselves. Since September, both Victoria Stigwood (former Business Administration Apprentice) and Ashley Haslam (Motor Vehicle Apprentice at Wilsons Autos) have been formally recognised at the 51画鋼 and Bury Business Awards. Ashley also won Intermediate Apprentice of the Year in Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Staffordshire at theRegional Apprenticeship Awards 2016;油he is currently waiting to discover if he has been nominated in the National Apprenticeship Awards Finals, to be held in London in January.
